This Privacy Policy is issued by Rahvita Business Solutions ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the owner and operator of the mobile application TIGR (the "App" or "Platform").

This Policy complies with:

• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Google Play User Data Policy
• Google Fit API User Data Policy

By accessing or using TIGR, You ("User", "You", "Your") consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described below.

1. ROLE UNDER DPDP ACT

Under the DPDP Act, 2023:

• Rahvita Business Solutions acts as the Data Fiduciary.
• Users are the Data Principals.
• We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and only for specific, clear, and lawful purposes.

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

We collect only data necessary to provide services.

A. Account & Identity Data

• Name
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Country
• Username

B. Fitness & Activity Data

• Step count
• Distance walked
• Calories burned
• Movement data
• Activity timestamps

Collected via device sensors or Google Fit (with explicit consent).

C. Device & Technical Data

• Device ID
• IP address
• Operating system
• App usage data
• Crash logs

D. Transaction Data

• UPI/payment transaction references
• Voucher redemption details

(We do NOT store card numbers or banking passwords.)

E. Location Data

Collected only if required for fitness tracking and only with permission.

3. GOOGLE FIT & HEALTH DATA DISCLOSURE

We do NOT:

• Sell Google Fit data
• Share Google Fit data with advertisers
• Use Google Fit data for targeted advertising

Google Fit data is:

• Used only to calculate rewards
• Stored securely
• Never transferred except as required to operate core functionality

TIGR adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy including Limited Use requirements.

4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

We process data for:

• Creating and managing user accounts
• Tracking fitness activity
• Converting steps into reward points
• Generating leaderboards
• Enabling voucher redemption
• Fraud detection and security
• Customer support
• Legal compliance

We do NOT process personal data for purposes unrelated to the App's functionality.

5. CONSENT (DPDP COMPLIANCE)

By registering on TIGR, You provide:

• Explicit consent for collection of personal data
• Separate permission for fitness & health data
• Separate permission for location (if applicable)

You may withdraw consent at any time by:

• Deleting your account
• Contacting support@rahvita.com

Withdrawal may affect functionality.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data:

• As long as your account is active
• As required by applicable laws
• For fraud prevention and dispute resolution

Upon account deletion, data is deleted unless legally required to retain it.

7. DATA SHARING

We may share data only with:

• Payment processors
• Voucher partners
• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics service providers

We do NOT:

• Sell personal data
• Share health data with advertisers
• Use personal data for data brokerage

All third parties are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.

8. USER RIGHTS UNDER DPDP ACT

• Erase personal data

• Nominate another individual to exercise rights in case of incapacity

9. CHILDREN'S DATA

TIGR is intended for users 18 years and above.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If discovered, such data will be deleted.

10. DATA SECURITY MEASURES

We implement:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Restricted database access
• Regular security audits

However, no system is 100% secure.

11. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER

Data may be processed on servers located in India or other jurisdictions compliant with applicable Indian law.

We ensure adequate safeguards before any transfer.

12. COOKIES & TRACKING

We may use cookies and analytics tools for:

• Understanding usage patterns

Users can disable tracking via device settings where applicable.

13. GRIEVANCE OFFICER

Continued use of TIGR after updates constitutes acceptance.
