TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The mobile application TIGR ("App" or "Platform") is owned and operated by Rahvita Business Solutions ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By accessing or using TIGR, You ("User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies.
If You do not agree, You must discontinue use immediately.
1. ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum age: 18 years
- You must be legally competent under applicable law.
- One account per individual is permitted.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts created using false identity or multiple registrations.
2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
TIGR is a fitness-based rewards application that:
- Tracks walking/running activity
- Converts eligible steps into reward points
- Allows redemption of points for vouchers, discounts, or partner offers
The App is currently free but may introduce paid features in future.
We reserve the right to modify reward structures, point conversion ratios, eligibility thresholds, or reward availability at any time.
3. DPDP ACT 2023 COMPLIANCE
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:
- Rahvita Business Solutions acts as a Data Fiduciary
- Users are Data Principals
By using TIGR, You:
- Provide free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent
- May withdraw consent at any time
- May request correction, deletion, or access to personal data
- May nominate a representative under applicable law

Withdrawal of consent may impact App functionality.
4. GOOGLE FIT & HEALTH DATA COMPLIANCE
TIGR may request access to Google Fit data strictly for:
- Step count
- Distance walked
- Calories burned
We comply with:
- Google API Services User Data Policy
- Limited Use Requirements
- Google Play Health Data Policy
We do NOT:
- Sell health or fitness data
- Share health data for advertising
- Use health data for profiling unrelated to core functionality
Health data is used solely for:
- Step calculation
- Reward computation
- Leaderboard ranking
Any misuse or attempt to manipulate fitness data is strictly prohibited.
5. REWARD SYSTEM TERMS
5.1 Points Accrual
- Points are awarded based on valid step activity.
- Artificial step generation, bots, emulators, or tampering are strictly prohibited.
- We may audit step data and revoke fraudulent points.
5.2 Redemption Rules
- Points have no monetary value.
- Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
- Redemption is subject to availability.
- Partner vouchers are governed by partner-specific terms.
- Expiry periods may apply to points and rewards.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify reward structures
- Cancel suspicious redemptions
- Reverse fraudulently obtained rewards
- Suspend users involved in abuse
5.3 No Guarantee of Continuous Rewards
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of offers
- Permanent point-to-reward ratios
- Unlimited redemption access
Rewards are promotional in nature.
6. REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS
If TIGR offers a referral program:
6.1 Eligibility
- Referral bonuses are awarded only upon valid registration and qualifying activity.
- Self-referrals are prohibited.
- Fake, duplicate, or bot accounts are strictly prohibited.
6.2 Fraud Prevention
We may withhold, reverse, or cancel referral rewards if:
- Multiple accounts are linked to one device/IP
- Suspicious behavior is detected
- Fraudulent or automated sign-ups occur
6.3 Program Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify referral rewards
- Introduce caps
- Suspend or discontinue the referral program at any time
Referral rewards hold no cash value.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree NOT to:
- Manipulate step data
- Reverse engineer the App
- Use automation tools
- Exploit bugs
- Conduct referral fraud
- Harass other users
- Post illegal or harmful content
- Attempt to breach App security
- Use the App for commercial exploitation
Violation may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Forfeiture of points
- Legal action
8. USER CONTENT
If You post or share content:
- You grant Us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it
- You warrant the content does not violate third-party rights
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.
9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts:
- For fraud
- For policy violations
- For prolonged inactivity
- For security concerns
Upon termination:
- Unredeemed points may be forfeited
- Access to App services may cease
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TIGR is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free tracking
- Continuous reward availability
- Accurate step counting under all device conditions
Fitness tracking accuracy depends on device sensors and third-party integrations.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Rahvita Business Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of rewards
- Device inaccuracies
- Data loss
- User disputes
Use of the App is at Your own risk.
12. SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION
We implement:
- Encrypted data transmission
- Secure cloud infrastructure
- Access control mechanisms
- Fraud detection systems
However, no system is completely secure.
13. MODIFICATIONS
We may update:
- These Terms
- Reward structures
- Referral rules
- App features
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
