2. How do I earn Tigr Coins?

There are several ways to earn Tigr Coins:

  • Walking: Every 1,000 steps = 1 Tigr Coin
  • Daily Streaks: Maintain consecutive days of activity for bonus rewards
  • Referrals: Invite friends and earn 50 Tigr Coins when they join and complete 1,000 steps
  • Challenges: Participate in weekly and monthly fitness challenges to win bonus coins
  • Special Events: Participate in seasonal promotions and events for extra coins

The more active you are, the more coins you earn! Remember, coins are awarded only for genuine, verified activity.

3. Is TIGR really free to use?

Yes! TIGR is completely free to download and use. There are no hidden charges or subscription fees. You can track your steps, earn Tigr Coins, and redeem rewards without paying anything.

We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core functionality of tracking steps and earning rewards will always remain free.

4. What can I redeem my Tigr Coins for?

Tigr Coins can be redeemed for a wide variety of rewards from our partner brands:

5. Why do I need to connect Google Fit?

TIGR uses Google Fit to automatically track your steps, distance, and calories. This ensures accurate and tamper-proof fitness data. Google Fit syncs with your phone's sensors or smartwatch, so your activity is tracked seamlessly in the background without draining your battery.

Google Fit integration is optional but recommended for:

  • Better accuracy: Combines data from multiple sources
  • Background tracking: Tracks steps even when the app is closed
  • Battery efficiency: Uses Google's optimized tracking
  • Comprehensive data: Distance, calories, and activity types

We only access: step count, distance walked, and calories burned. This data is used solely for calculating your rewards. You can revoke Google Fit access anytime through your device settings, though it may affect tracking accuracy.

6. How do Daily Streaks work?

A streak is maintained when you reach your daily step goal on consecutive days. The longer your streak, the better rewards you unlock:

  • 7-Day Streak: 10% discount on voucher redemptions
  • 14-Day Streak: 15% discount on voucher redemptions
  • 30-Day Streak: 20% discount + exclusive vouchers

Your streak resets if you miss your daily goal, so keep walking!

7. What is the Tiger mascot and how does it level up?

Your TIGR mascot represents your daily progress and "levels up" as you walk:

  • 0-24%: Sleeping Tiger 😴
  • 25-49%: Waking Tiger 🐯
  • 50-74%: Walking Tiger 🚶
  • 75-99%: Running Tiger 🏃
  • 100%: Roaring Tiger! 🎉

8. How does the Invite & Earn program work?

Share your unique referral code with friends. When they:

  • Download TIGR and sign up using your code
  • Complete their first 1,000 steps

Both you AND your friend earn 50 Tigr Coins each! There's no limit to how many friends you can invite.

9. What is the Weekly Fitness Report?

Every week, TIGR generates a personalized fitness summary showing:

  • Total steps walked
  • Distance covered
  • Calories burned
  • Tigr Coins earned
  • AI-powered insights about your performance

You can share this branded report card on social media to celebrate your achievements!

10. How accurate is the step tracking?

TIGR uses advanced algorithms combined with your smartphone's built-in accelerometer or Google Fit data to track your steps accurately. For the best accuracy:

  • Keep your phone with you while walking
  • Grant necessary permissions for motion & fitness tracking
  • Connect Google Fit for enhanced tracking
  • Ensure your phone's sensors are functioning properly

While we strive for maximum accuracy, tracking depends on device sensors and may vary slightly. Activities like cycling or driving are automatically filtered out to ensure fair reward distribution.

11. Is my personal and health data safe?

Absolutely! Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. We comply with:

  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023
  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Google Fit API Data Policy

We do NOT:

  • ❌ Sell your personal or health data
  • ❌ Share fitness data with advertisers
  • ❌ Use your data for purposes unrelated to the app

Your data is encrypted, securely stored, and used only for step calculation, reward computation, and app functionality. We only access fitness data (steps, distance, calories) - never your personal files or messages. You can disconnect Google Fit and delete your data anytime from Settings.

12. Can I use TIGR on multiple devices?

Your TIGR account is linked to your email/phone number and can be accessed from multiple devices. However:

  • ✅ You can log in from different devices
  • ✅ Your coin balance syncs across devices
  • ⚠️ Only one device should actively track steps at a time
  • ❌ Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension

We recommend using TIGR on the device you carry most frequently for consistent step tracking.

13. What happens if I delete my account?

If you choose to delete your TIGR account:

  • All your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers
  • Unredeemed Tigr Coins will be forfeited and cannot be recovered
  • Your account cannot be reactivated
  • You can create a new account in the future, but you'll start from zero

Before deleting, we recommend redeeming all your coins. To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at support@rahvita.com.

14. Do my steps from before installing TIGR count?

No, TIGR only counts steps taken after you install and activate the app. We cannot retroactively track steps from before installation. Start your fitness journey with TIGR today to begin earning rewards!

15. How do I contact support if I have an issue?

  • App crashes: Update to the latest version from Play Store/App Store
